Foster care was designed to meet the short-term immediate needs
of youth who were removed from their families because of abuse or
neglect. Unfortunately for many foster youth their time in care
extends through to adulthood. They 'age out' of the foster care
system at 21 years of age with little family support or skills to
properly handle the requirements of living successfully as an
independent adult.
Please help these older foster youth become responsible adults by
joining our Community Resource Network. Fill in the information
below to receive a monthly email on how you can help.
